A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £25 is required to secure your place on camp. Payment of fees is required 2 weeks before you attend camp. Payment plans can be arranged to find out more contact the WEC Youth office 01753 278113

WEC CAMPS offer competitive prices, fantastic activities, and three good meals a day

Cheques must be made payable to WEC Camps and sent to WEC Camps, Youth Office WEC International Oxford Road Gerrards Cross Bucks SL9 8SZ

Adults only pay £40 per week. Where tent leaders and others sharing in all the activities of camp are able to pay more, this enables us to keep the price of camp as low as possible. Any additional payment can be gift aided if you are a taxpayer.

A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £25 must accompany each booking.

Cancellation after the 1st July will mean that full fees are due, less the £25 deposit.

Discounts are available where 3 or more children from one family, or a whole family comes to camp. Also a Party discount is available: Book 10 camper places on either camp and the 11th is free.

Fees do not cover travel to and from camp.
