Dates & Fees

Warrior & Teen – Dates for Campers:

Week A Sunday 31st July – Saturday 6th August.

Week B Sunday 7th – Saturday 13th August.

Warrior & Teen – Dates for Leaders:

Week A Saturday 30th July – Saturday 6th August.

Week B Saturday 6th – Saturday 13th August.

To help us implement the COVID measures and to offer our team some extra training time, the week has been shortened by one night for all campers. Leaders will be on site for one day longer, the rest of the programme remains unchanged.

This year the fees for Warrior Camp and Teen Camp will be the same, £190.00 per camper. A Winter Special Offer of £170.00 per camper is currently running, and will close on Saturday 19th March at 12noon. If you would like to come as a leader or a helper, we recommended a voluntary contribution to help cover costs.

Online booking will be opening soon, you can sign up to WEC Camp updates here…

If you would like any more information, details about becoming part of the team, or a chat about camp in general, please get in touch with the office.

Leaders

To provide children with an excellent holiday, we need great helpers!

There are many areas on camp where people like you can help, just let us know what your skills and interests are and we will find a place for you. You have to be a committed Christian and 17 or over, but there is no upper age limit and we encourage people with a variety of experiences to get involved.

For adults we recommend £100 per week or two weeks for £150. (If you can’t afford this, don’t let it put you off, talk to us at the youth office). Some tent leaders and others sharing in all the activities of camp may wish to give more, as this helps us to keep the price of camp low. Any additional donations can be gift aided if you are a taxpayer.

Adults needed for prep week and pack-up

Helpers are needed to assist in setting up both camps (25th – 31st July) and packing up afterwards (15th – 17th August. No charge is made. Those helping practically are not necessarily expected to attend the camp.

Booking information

A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £50 is required to secure your place on camp. Payment of fees is required 4 weeks before you attend camp. Payment plans can be arranged, to find out more contact the WEC Youth Office. The camper’s place is not booked until we have received and acknowledged your written application and deposit. Age: Reckoned as at 31st August. Cancellation after the 1st July will mean that full fees are due, less the £50 deposit.

Please click here for the payment options.

You will be required to answer questions about health. This will not necessarily prejudice a young person’s place, but it will enable camp staff to assist where needed. Answers will be held in complete confidence.

Advance notification of party bookings indicating the size of the group would be helpful. This does not guarantee places. Party leaders may submit unnamed applications provided they are accompanied by the appropriate non-refundable deposit. Such places may be taken up by 30th April or two weeks following our receipt of the forms (whichever is the latter).

Discounts are available for group bookings: for every 10 campers booked into WEC Camps we’ll give an extra place free.

Fees do not cover travel to and from camp.
