Come as a Tent Leader
Being a leader is more than just a summer pastime, it is a real opportunity to serve God and to get involved with the lives of young people in a positive, spiritual and transforming way.
As a tent leader, you’ll be part of a team caring for a small group or “village” of campers. You’ll build relationships, guide group discussions, support their daily needs, and be a positive Christian role model — walking alongside them as they grow in faith and life.
You must be a Christian, and be 18 or over to serve as a tent leader on Warrior Camp, and 20 or over to serve as a tent leader on Teen Camp.
Kitchen workers play a vital role in making WEC Camps run smoothly. By preparing meals and helping with the daily rhythm of camp life, you’ll be serving every camper and leader — and ultimately, serving God in a practical and powerful way.
It’s more than just cooking; it’s being part of a team that creates a welcoming, nourishing environment where young people can grow in faith. Whether you're chopping vegetables, washing up, or serving meals with a smile, your work helps make the whole camp experience possible.
No experience? No problem — all you need is a willing heart and a servant spirit!
You must be Christian, and be 18 or over to serve as a kitchen worker on Warrior Camp, and 20 or over to serve as a kitchen worker on Teen Camp.
Prep & Pack Down
Sadly the lorry doesn’t load itself nor the tents put themselves up, that’s why we need your help on Prep Week and Pack Down!
Come and help us build up Camp from a bare field to a bustling little town of tents, or join us to take it all down once Camp is over! It's hard work, but extremely rewarding and best of all you'll be serving God in a practical way!
If you could spare a few days to help out, either on site or at our warehouse in the Midlands, please get in touch with us to discuss how you can help and what is required.
WEC Camps are awesome camping holidays with Bible and mission teaching for young Christians.
You can help make this happen by telling others about WEC Camps, and encouraging them to come along.
