This year’s Warrior and Teen camps will be be going back to East Runton, Norfolk for more summer fun.

So you’re ready to book in? Please complete the application form in FULL and post it off to the the youth office! Forms available for download or by contacting the youth office directly. 

Notes… The camper’s place is not booked until we have received and acknowledged your written application and deposit.  Age: Reckoned as at 31st August

Health Problems… the sections on health are particularly important. Answering these questions will not necessarily prejudice a young person’s place, but it will enable camp staff to assist where needed.
Answers will be held in complete confidence.

Parties… advance notification of party bookings indicating the size of the group would be helpful. This does not guarantee places. Party leaders may submit unnamed applications provided they are accompanied by the appropriate non-refundable deposit. Such places may be taken up by 30th April or two weeks following our receipt of the forms (whichever is the latter).

Super Accommodation!

Good news for Group bookings… for every 10 campers booked into WEC Camps we’ll give an extra place free. (Campers can be at either or both camps).

Fees
Currently we prefer that you pay your fee by cheque. All cheques need to be made payable to WEC Camps.

THE CAMP STAFF RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEND HOME WITHOUT REFUND OF FEES ANY CAMPER SUFFERING FROM A HEALTH PROBLEM OF WHICH WE HAVE NOT BEEN PREVIOUSLY INFORMED, OR WHOSE BEHAVIOUR IS DETRIMENTAL OR DISRUPTIVE TO THE CAMP.
